Safety information

The course is fully marked throughout. There are lots of options to retire to roads. Some terrain underfoot is relatively rough with stones/roots hidden by leaves. In wet weather one field descent is particularly slippery. Some of the course is on open roads so runners need to be aware of the possibility of cars on the route.
